Working as part of the Supply Chain Team, you will monitor, consolidate and challenge the Valeo Supply Chain performance of a defined Customer portfolio and region.

In this defined Customer portfolio, you’ll be considered as our Customer Expert with an extensive understanding of Customer needs, rules and expectations.

You will be developing and optimizing measurement of our performance and work with the various functions to achieve improved Customer service. You will also provide analytical & data support to the dedicated area of the Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain Teams and their Customers, including Customer Portal management (eg.PO)

The role will also include internal and external communication as well as leading gatherings at appropriate Valeo or Customer management level.

You will use, promote and participate in the improvement of Valeo Tools in order to investigate, problem solve, record and train yourself and others.

Finally you will also be involved in Supply Chain projects, manage and enhance all aspects of your Customer Service base.
