We are looking for an IS Solution Center Manager to lead our Shopfloor Systems Competency Center in Skawina. The position is a managerial role leading the Shop Floor Systems competency center, which focuses on Logistics and production systems at the plant level. Responsibilities include people management (three direct reports), budget oversight, supplier relationship management, project leadership, and ensuring system availability.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Supply Chain and Shopfloor Domain Process Knowledge

• In-depth professional knowledge of logistics processes and manufacturing

• Budget Management

• Plan, Manage and control yearly allocated Budget

• Stake Holder Management

• Build relationship with business counterparts and drive the Vision of the Valeo leadership

• Team Management (Global and Local) - Proficiency, training, appraisals etc. for the global team

• Supplier Relationships (Contracts, SOWs, Invoicing etc.) - Build sustainable partnerships with Partners/Service providers and manage RFPs, Contracts, Invoicing etc.

• Program/Project Leadership & Execution

• Oversee and manage large transformation project especially upgrade and replacement of solutions and softwares

• Technical Oversight & Governance

• Provide governance and direction, leveraging deep knowledge of Logistic and Manufacturing Execution Systems (LES/MES), and specifically Apriso from Dassault Systèmes (3DS). Experienced in the new cloud infrastructure.

• Risks identification and Mitigations

• Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks and dependencies across all international sites, developing and executing effective mitigation strategies

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role leading a technical or systems competency center

• Expertise in DELMIA Apriso (primary technical skill)

• Experience with database management (Oracle or Postgres)

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT project management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership abilities
