Quality Trainee

Job Summary:

The Quality Trainee will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes within the automotive industry, supporting various initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. This role provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring quality professionals to develop foundational skills and contribute to a leading global automotive supplier.

• Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.

• Participate in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Support root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations on key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.

• Assist in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.

• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

• Contribute to the documentation and improvement of quality management system processes.

• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.

• Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Quality Management, or a related technical field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Prior internship or project experience related to quality assurance or manufacturing is a plus.
