YOUR CHALLENGE´S:

• Conduct risk analyses and monitor regulatory inspections

• Ensure that all safety and security equipment complies with legal requirements and is kept in proper working condition

• Develop site Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) operational procedures and oversee their implementation

• Perform inspections and internal audits, provide recommendations, and define corrective actions including responsibility for execution

• Implement and follow up on actions related to any non‑compliance identified during inspections or internal/external audits, taking necessary investments into account

• Stay informed about changes and developments in relevant legislation

LET´s TALK ABOUT YOU:

• At least 3 years of experience in site facility services, operations or management (HSE experience is an advantage)

• Relevant technical education OR strong technical thinking, ideally supported by OHS / HSE / EMS certifications

• Knowledge of HSE legislation is a plus

• Communicative level of English

• Strong communication and presentation skills, independence, and a proactive approach

• Basic understanding of project management principles
