The site of Melbourne based in Australia belongs to Valeo Service Division. We are looking for a VIE Logistic and Customer Service Coordinator for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You are the main customer contact for operational aspects of the customer relationship (except sales negotiations) to deliver best-in-class service

• You ensure Sales Administration operations

• You gather and understand customer needs and measure performance to improve customer service

• You collaborate with different functions to enhance Customer Service within the division. You are involved in Supply Chain and Customer Service improvement projects

• You use Valeo tools daily to investigate issues, solve problems, and provide analytical and data support to the Sales Team and customers

• You pilot and monitor inbound and outbound transportation flows and support warehouse layout improvements

• You analyze network and corporate needs and develop performance measurements to improve customer service

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• You already have experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics

• You have a fluent level of English

• You have strong communication skills and an international mindset

• You are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, attentive, and maintain a positive attitude

• You are professional and have a strong sense of diplomacy

• You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems as a plus
