UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Full-Time Grill / Cold Cook to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff while helping ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Schedule

• Full-time: 72 hours per pay period
• Shifts scheduled between

5: 00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve grilled and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, attractively, and on time.
• Monitor food quantities during service to meet customer demand.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines.
• Properly cool, store, label, and document food items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.
• Prepare ingredients and food items for upcoming shifts.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and colleagues.
