What will you bring?

• We’re seeking an experienced Product Proposition Manager
• Multinational Group Risk to support the ongoing development and performance of our protection insurance products. Working with the Head of Product Proposition, this role has responsibility for the protection insurance products - including Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness and closed Individual Protection - with a strong focus on multinational and complex risk arrangements.

The role works closely with teams responsible for value added services and supporting solutions, ensuring those services align effectively with the underlying insurance products.

This is a delivery focused role, suited to someone with strong technical product knowledge who understands how insurance products operate within multinational, pooled, and captive environments.

Key responsibilities

Insurance product management:

• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and growth objectives.

• Support the ongoing design, evolution, and optimisation of insurance products across the group risk portfolio.

Multinational & complex risk focus:

• Lead product activity relating to multinational arrangements, including pooled, captive and retained risk structures.

• Ensure products are suitable for use within global employee benefits networks and multinational frameworks.

Cross functional collaboration:

• Work closely with Underwriting, Distribution, Operations and Pricing to ensure products are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.

• Collaborate with teams responsible for value added services to ensure effective integration with insurance products, without direct ownership of those services.

Market and regulatory awareness:

• Monitor regulatory, market and macroeconomic developments impacting group risk and multinational insurance products.

• Incorporate into product planning, reviews, and future roadmap activity.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in health and protection / group risk insurance.

• Experience supporting multinational clients and/or working with global employee benefits networks.

• Practical knowledge of pooled, captive and retained risk structures.

• Experience contributing to insurance product roadmaps and delivering product change in regulated environments.

• Confident working across technical stakeholders with strong communication and influencing skills.
