Unum Technology Centre in Carlow serves as a strategic software development and IT services centre supporting Unum, a leading provider of income protection in the US. Our team of IT professionals build solutions and critical business applications to digitally transform the way we do business.

The Client Success Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for supporting client onboarding and implementation activities across Unum's digital platforms. This role is focused on people leadership, employee engagement, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, ensuring both team success and an outstanding client experience.

Working closely with clients and cross-functional partners across Technology, Product, and Engineering, you will foster strong relationships, drive continuous improvement, and empower your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Role

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Integration & Implementation Consultants and Technical Graduates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Create a positive and engaging team environment through meaningful coaching, recognition, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for both clients and your team.
• Support your team in delivering successful client onboarding, implementation, and integration projects across a range of digital solutions.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and performance to ensure business objectives and client commitments are achieved.
• Act as an escalation point for client, operational, and team-related challenges, helping to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to share client feedback, influence priorities, and drive service improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance the client experience, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Use performance metrics and reporting to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

• An understanding of technical implementations, HR technology, SaaS solutions, system integrations, or related environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, file-based integrations, and digital platforms, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams and translate business needs into successful outcomes.
