THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Senior Manager of Digital Merchandising will help define the long-term vision for Personalization, On-Site Search, and Category & Navigation across site and app. This leader oversees teams responsible for planning, merchandising, executing, and optimizing strategies that align Guest needs, business priorities, and emerging capabilities. They set direction and establish standards for navigation structure, category page merchandising, search optimization, and personalized placements. They partner closely with Customer Marketing, Analytics, Product, UX, and Technology to enhance capabilities, align merchandising priorities to enterprise initiatives, and drive conversion, engagement, and sales growth. This role is accountable for driving financial performance and growth across their respective areas.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Defining and leading the vision and strategy for Personalization, On-Site Search, and Category & Navigation, with accountability for conversion, engagement, and revenue performance.
  • Shaping on-site search and personalization experiences to ensure results ranking, recommendations, and dynamic content align with guest intent, category priorities, and promotional strategies.
  • Establishing standards for navigation structure, taxonomy, and category page ownership to improve discoverability and drive category growth.
  • Setting performance goals and KPIs across owned areas, leveraging data, experimentation, and guest insights to continuously optimize results.
  • Leading and developing high-performing team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and strong business ownership across search, personalization, and category experiences.
  • Partnering with Product Managers on product initiatives related to search, personalization, and navigation to ensure merchandising priorities are represented and business impact remains central.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivating a culture of discovery, iterative learning, and guest-centric problem solving that drives measurable impact.
  • Monitoring emerging trends in digital experience and AI, benchmarking against competitors and digital merchandising standards to identify gaps and translate insights into strategic opportunities.
  • Providing strategic oversight to leaders responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization, ensuring alignment to enterprise initiatives and category strategies.
  • Translating complex data and performance insights into clear, actionable narratives that inform senior leadership decisions and future investment priorities.
  • Champion clarity, alignment, and focus across complex, matrixed organizations to ensure cohesive execution and stakeholder engagement.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or related disciplines, with demonstrated ownership of on-site experiences.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and develop strong teams.
  • Deep understanding of online shopping behavior and digital merchandising levers that drive discoverability, conversion, and category growth.
  • Proven experience leading key digital strategies that improve relevance and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with personalization, testing, and experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target or similar tools), preferred.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product, Technology, Analytics, and Design in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, e-commerce analytics tools, and digital merchandising systems.

The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $150,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
