YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an RPA Test Engineer with hands-on experience testing Ui Path workflows, AI/ML components, and Agentic automation systems. Your role will ensure robust quality across automation pipelines, particularly those enhanced by Python, GenAI, and non-deterministic ML models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH:

• Design and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using Ui Path Testing Platform

• Create automated test scripts to validate end-to-end functionality, API integrations, UI Automation and workflow processes

• Configure and deploy test bots using Ui Path automation tools to simulate user interactions and system testing

• Execute automated test scenarios and analyze results to identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Monitor test robots within Ui Path Test Manager and Ui Path Test Cloud environments to ensure optimal performance.

• Generate detailed test execution reports and track issues using Ui Path Insights, defect management tools and ALM (Application Life Cycle Management) tools

• Work closely with business analysts, product managers, test manager to define test requirements and validate outcomes

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks, standards, workflows, and collaborative processes

• Proactively Identify bottlenecks, challenges and potential product improvements and recommend optimizations to improve system efficiency, stability and scalability

• Develop and execute testing strategies, test plans and use cases for Ui Path automations.

• Validate Python integrations and Document Understanding accuracy.

• Automate test scripts and apply AI-assisted QA where applicable.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for Agentic workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 3+ years of RPA testing experience with Ui Path.

• Exposure to testing AI/ML-driven and non-deterministic automations.

• Familiarity with Python, C#, VB.NET for scripting and data driven testing.

• Experience with test automation tools and AI-based QA platforms is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Ui Path certifications such as "Ui Path Test Suite Developer" or "Ui Path Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)." or Ui Path Software Testing Engineer Professional or Ui Path Automation Developer Professional

• Experience in robotic process automation (RPA) and its application in testing workflows.

• Knowledge of Selenium, Appium, or other complementary test automation frameworks and tools that use Python and/or C#
