About the Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the exciting sales organization of Uber for Business.
We're looking for a leader with proven sales and people management experience, with a highly motivated, self-starter and engaging personality, who is passionate about coaching and building a high-performing sales team.
The MM Sales Manager will report directly to the Country Manager for Uber for Business and will be a hands-on leader focused on acquiring new customers at scale and being responsible for the team's activities and results -- from cold outreach to launch deals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, and Product Managers-to deliver exceptional customer value and drive operational and commercial excellence. We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can help drive the expansion of our New Business sales team across our core U4B platform and guest products.

What You'll Do:
- Hire, coach, and motivate a team of new business Account Executives, providing leadership and support- Manage the team to meet sales targets, with high weekly productivity expectations- Analyse sales data from multiple sources, monitor performance metrics, and communicate findings to the team and the leadership- Optimise sales operations by streamlining workflows and addressing bottlenecks- Supervise daily operations to maximise sales and meet, exceed revenue targets- Implement performance management plans to hold team to a high level of accountability- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, achieve sales goals on a monthly basis, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals- Establish an effective partnership with Sales Ops, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams- Represent Uber for Business in the industry forums, events and conferences
Basic Qualifications:
Experience & Tenure:10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3+years leading and coaching high-performing sales teams.- Commercial Acumen:** Strong commercial capability, negotiation skills, and proven success managing a complex, multi-stage sales pipeline to achieve and exceed challenging quotas.-** Executive Presence:** Proven ability to engage, present to, and influence senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, translating complex solutions into clear business value.-** Process Discipline: Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce a rigorous sales methodology with a data-driven approach to forecasting and process optimization.
Analytical Skills: Ability to develop analysis and insights based on data in a scalable manner
Preferred Qualifications:
**-B2B2C/BD Experience: Specific experience successfully closing non-traditional, complex deals that extend beyond standard corporate sales deals (e.g., API integration, voucher systems, channel/BD partnerships).-Growth & Resilience Mindset: A clear, demonstrable growth mindset with exceptional resilience and a track record of driving change and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.-**Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of success managing both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and regions.
