About the Role

  1. Senior Executive Assistant Business Partners (EABPs) partner with Uber's leadership to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, while also contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale. We're seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant Business Partner I to support the Office of our CEO.
  2. The Senior Executive Business Partner (EABP) is a critical, high-impact role supporting the CEO and the extended senior leadership team within the Office of the CEO. This position moves beyond traditional administrative support to function as a strategic operational partner**, focused on driving executive efficiency, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the timely execution of key deliverables.**3. The EABP will be entrusted with highly confidential information, requiring impeccable judgment, political savvy, and discretion.

What You'll Do:

  1. Project management including enforcing project timelines, and holding team accountable to AI's and deliverables
  2. Provide proactive and strategic administrative partnership to executive leadership
  3. Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars with minimal guidance, making recommendations to organize and optimize leader's time
  4. Complex end-to-end meeting management
  5. End-to-end event planning and logistics, including all-hands, summits, team events and QBRs
  6. Coordinates frequent and complex domestic and international travel, including managing on the ground logistics
  7. Team expense, PO and morale budget management
  8. Secures on-boarding coverage for new leaders
  9. May preview and provide feedback regarding team expense reports, and assist with running leader's or team's morale budget

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 10+ years o f administrative experience working with Senior Executive Leadership, including C-level support, or demonstrated equivalent success in a high-stakes, C-level support role2. Demonstrated experience in Project Management **or operational oversight, including enforcing project deadlines and managing multiple, simultaneous high-stakes initiatives.**3. Advanced Google Suite experience (Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Groups)

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 6 years experience working with Senior Executive Leadership in a global company, or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum 6 years experience working with C-level executives in a global tech company
  3. Experience leading a team of other administrative support staff
  4. Very strong technical capability in Google calendar and G Suite
  5. Experience working in a technical environment preferred
  6. Previous experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  7. Demonstrated ability to structure calendar cadence to support long-term business objectives
  8. Ability to pivot and respond to rapidly shifting priorities
  9. Strong collaboration and teamwork experience
  10. Strong relationship management skills with ability to build and maintain a strong internal network within the company
  11. Experience in end-to-end project management with proven ability to meet deadlines
  12. Strong, concise and clear communication skills
  13. High attention to detail
  14. Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and identify opportunities to add value
  15. Demonstrates optimism, respects others and works well in a team
  16. Experience implementing new processes to optimize leaders' time
  17. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  18. Experience with complex travel and logistics
  19. Ability to handle confidential information
  20. Experience supporting in the Operations department
  21. PMP, or equivalent certification/training in Project Management or Operational Excellence.
  22. Managing heavy complex calendars, cadences, team meetings, and planning cadences
  23. Follow up and execution of action items with little to no direction
  24. Management of Google Groups and distribution list maintenance
