What You'll Own
As our Territory Operations Strategy Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping and executing operations strategies that elevate the experience for Delivery partners, Merchants, and Eaters across the region. You'll partner closely with Commercial teams and Central Operations to lead high-impact projects, drive operational excellence, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Lead Regional Strategy: Champion a unified and adaptable operational strategy that meets the unique needs of Mexico's diverse markets.
- Drive Scalable Excellence: Develop and standardize processes that boost efficiency and ensure seamless execution across territories.
- Fuel Hyperlocal Growth: Leverage data insights and creative marketing to ignite demand, optimize pricing, and deepen customer engagement.
- Ensure Operational Success: Enhance merchant performance and courier supply to deliver reliable, high-quality service every time.
- Empower Commercial Teams: Provide actionable operational insights and infrastructure support to keep Sales and Account Management teams aligned and empowered.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, analytics, or similar fields.
- Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets - this is a must.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and design creative, data-driven solutions.
- Experience managing and scaling complex processes.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills - you can turn data into compelling insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong collaborator and relationship-builder who can earn trust across cross-functional teams.
- Sharp business acumen with a knack for quick, data-informed decision-making.
Bonus: Experience with SQL - a plus that will make you stand out!

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
