Join Uber for Business as a Growth Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier, high-growth clients. You'll own client relationships post-sale, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling Uber's solutions. Your expertise will help you consult clients, recommend strategies, and build strong partnerships that fuel mutual growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead successful launches with Implementation teams for key accounts
  • Expand and retain your book of business by building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance account lifecycle efficiency
  • Identify new growth opportunities through insights from customer feedback and data
  • Recommend improvements to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support for a better client experience
  • Continuously improve playbooks, tools, and processes for operational excellence
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to optimize Uber for Business usage

What You Bring

  • 4+ years' experience in client-facing roles with revenue targets in the German market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
  • Proven success in account growth and sales strategy execution
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Highly organized with excellent project and time management
  • Thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments
