About the Role

The Uber Marketing team is the beating heart of our brand in Germany. As we pivot to further solidify our leadership in the German mobility landscape, we are looking for a high-energy brand marketer to ensure Uber is an everyday loved brand with lifelong customers. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of brand building and business growth, focusing on city expansions, impactful local partnerships and high-visibility on-ground activations across our Mobility business.

What You Will Do:

  1. Strategic Execution: Build and execute 360° brand marketing campaigns that drive brand preference and loyalty for Uber's mobility services.
  2. City Impact: Support city launches and lead localized campaigns that resonate with the unique cultural fabric of German urban centers.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate campaigns across local/central teams, creative agencies, PR, Policy, and Performance Marketing.
  4. Brand Voice: Define and protect the Uber tone of voice in all local content production and activations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3+ years in brand/consumer marketing
  2. Language: Native/Fluent German (C2) and Business English are essential.
  3. Marketing Depth: Proven experience managing creative/media agencies and budgets (ideally €2M-€5M+).
  4. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the German mobility market, including regulatory challenges (e.g., minimum pricing).
  5. Mindset: An owner personality with a Go-Get-It attitude and high analytical comfort.

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let's move it forward, together.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.

Accommodations may be available based on religious and/or medical conditions, or as required by applicable law. To request an accommodation, please reach out to accommodations@uber.com.
