About the Role:

Uber Eats has been a market leader in Online Food Delivery for the past five years. While many Kiwis have ordered meals through Uber Eats, there remains significant opportunity to reach new consumers and further grow our ecosystem across eaters, delivery partners, and restaurants.

As a Global Senior Account Manager, you will own the strategy, growth, and long-term success of Uber Eats' largest restaurant partnerships in New Zealand. You will have direct commercial ownership of widely known and loved brands, acting as a strategic partner to drive mutual growth and operational excellence.

What You Will Do Customer Understanding & Growth• Develop a deep understanding of merchant needs, behaviors, preferences, and growth opportunities

  • Use customer insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance partner satisfaction

  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve core business metrics for both partners and Uber Eats, including revenue growth, market expansion, product adoption, and operational efficiency

Strategy & Culture Building• Contribute to the strategic direction of the New Zealand team by identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable priorities

  • Inspire and align teams around shared goals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration

  • Act as a role model for Uber's cultural values while maintaining an engaging and positive team environment

Relationship Building• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior decision-makers

  • Act as a trusted advisor, enabling collaborative success through strategic partnership

Stakeholder Engagement• Navigate complex stakeholder environments by working closely with cross-functional teams

  • Build influence across operational, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and partner success

Commercial Execution• Lead commercial discussions end-to-end, from financial modeling through to negotiation and deal structuring

Basic Qualifications• Proven experience in senior account management, ideally within technology, marketplace, hospitality, consumer goods, or related industries

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate as a strategic thought partner to enterprise leadership

  • Passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve both commercial and cultural objectives

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple countries

  • Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
