Key Responsibilities- 1. Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Legal Matter Management Platform in Salesforce, leveraging data-driven product development practices to prioritize features that deliver maximum value to legal teams.

  • Own the overall execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including program managers, business analysts, solution architects, Salesforce developers and other engineering resources, through matrixed reporting structures, to achieve program goals.
  • Transform complex user requirements into elegant, user-friendly, and delightful solutions that accelerate platform adoption and enhance data integrity.
  • Establish and apply scalable product development frameworks that drive strategic prioritization, operational excellence, and consistent, high-impact feature delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop AI-driven orchestration and predictive analytics capabilities that enable proactive case strategy, leveraging internal precedent and external legal intelligence to generate actionable insights.
  • Engage regularly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across the CLO organization to align on strategic priorities and support informed program decisions.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders with varying levels of legal and technical expertise.
  • Drive platform adoption and uphold data quality standards across all user segments.
  • Define and implement KPIs to measure platform performance and business impact.
  • Oversee governance, security, and compliance to meet program, legal and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external technology partnerships to maximize value and ensure delivery of program objectives.
