About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, results-driven product marketer to help shape the marketing strategy for new growth opportunities across the Uber Eats business. In this role, you'll support go-to-market efforts for new products and services, helping define how we engage businesses, couriers, and consumers to drive adoption and accelerate growth.
You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, sales, operations, engineering, and marketing to bring new ideas to life-from early concept through launch and scale. That includes helping define target audiences, developing positioning and messaging, supporting product-market fit, and executing GTM plans that set new initiatives up for success. This is a great opportunity to build strong 0→1 muscles while learning how products scale at a global company.
The Uber Eats business is now an over $90B global delivery ecosystem, powering growth for more than 1 million merchants and supporting over 6 million earners worldwide. As we continue to expand how people access food, groceries, and retail, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting new initiatives that empower merchants, unlock new revenue streams, and create seamless, delightful experiences for consumers.

- What You'll Do
- Cross-functional Leadership**: Have influence over how cross-functional groups connect with customers on our platform, partnering closely with sales, business development and operations to provide customers with consistent messaging and high quality interactions with Uber.- Messaging & Positioning: Streamline how we communicate the breadth of our offering to merchants across different audiences, ensuring it fits seamlessly into our broader merchant narrative**- Go-to-Market Excellence:** Evolve our go-to-market muscle on product marketing teams to ensure we are effectively educating our customers with the right message, at the right time.- Global Leadership: Guide central and local strategies and tactics, working closely with the regional sales and operations teams to determine scaled resources and support in local implementation of best practices.- Research & Insights: Craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams and use the insights to inform and guide ongoing product development, regional marketing and central engagement programs.**
- Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing or product marketing experience delivering highly successful engagement and acquisition strategies
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Can articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.

The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.

Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.

Strong analytical skills - uses data to create insightful stories, inform strategies and guide decision making.

Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions to push projects to completion.

A hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.

Hands-on experience working in restaurants or retail is a plus

Experience working for a consumer technology company, ideally in a product marketing role

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$108,000 per year**
-
USD**$120,000 per year**.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
