Would you like to work on a global scale to grow Uber's business through the addition of new customers? As part of the Sales team, you will be the customer advocate in Uber for Business, owning the inbound lead process as well as sourcing and qualifying new companies that would be a great fit for Uber products. You will partner and connect with the following teams: Marketing, Sales Operations, Regional Rides teams and Business Development.
This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in Riyadh City 2-3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new B2B deals, managing your full pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Run short-term sprints while building asustainedlong-term book of business and repeatable sales motion.

Build and grow strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to unlock upsell and new product opportunities as features go live.

Act as a one-person growth engine: sales strategy, lead generation, closer, and account manager in one role.

Lead insight-driven conversations by uncovering prospect needs, business drivers, and clearly articulating Uber's value proposition.

Communicate with impact across phone, email, and in-person meetings to progress complex, multi-step B2B deals.
About you
- Saudi citizen (Saudi nationality required) and fully eligible to work in the Kingdom under current Saudization regulations.
This is a must-have for the role- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience selling into mid-market/enterprise organizations, with a strong track record against ambitious revenue targets.

Proven history of consistently growing a customer base and exceeding quota in a high-velocity, data-driven sales environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to scope requirements and propose end-to-end solutions for diverse customer needs.

Comfortable using data and insights to prioritize pipeline, forecast accurately, and make informed sales decisions.

Highly adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-changing sales organization and scales with the business.

Professional fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to sell and negotiate with senior stakeholders in both languages.
