About the Role
You will be responsible for building andlaunching our products to grow our Moto business. Moto is one of the fastest growing mobility businesses where we will be doing close 2B trips this year and we aim to 3-4Xthe size of business incoming years . Moto driver and riders have their unique requirements and various regional regulatory nuances and hence building the right scalable product solutions is critical for us to deliver our 2028 goals
The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create and launch the right products to move our business forward. Product Operations Managers work closely with cross- functional stakeholders to surface, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products.

What the Candidate Will Do

Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy

Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders across the entire Global org

Ensure functional stakeholders are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
-
Advise Product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product life cycle
-
Developend-to-end product rollout plans and project-manage implementation
-
Collaborate with key stakeholders (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare the product for launch
-
Track core business metrics related to the product
-
Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch
-
Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to inform product improvement

Basic Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years experience in operations, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role
-
Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers
-
Deep understanding of the user experience
-
Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
-
Strategic alignment, able to bring key stakeholders across functions together
-
A desire to learn, a highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
-
Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
-
Effective prioritization
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL proficiency
- Deep analytical expertise
- Prior experience working in or with Product teams
- Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
