About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our US&C Restaurants Team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of SMB Sales Representatives focused on driving new business acquisition and accelerating market growth. You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious monthly revenue targets, developing your team's skills, and ensuring strong collaboration across functions to deliver best-in-class results.

What You Will Do

  1. Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals.
  2. Drive Results: Monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets.
  3. Enable Success: Conduct regular deal reviews, call observations, and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas.
  4. Foster Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations) to align on market priorities and optimize performance.
  5. Strategic Influence: Serve as a key thought partner to Territory Leadership on short- and long-term business strategy, growth opportunities, and process improvement.
  6. Optimize Systems: Work with Sales Operations to analyze performance data, improve workflows, and ensure the team has the tools needed to sell effectively.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • 1-2 years of sales management experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced people leader with strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence

  • Consistent track record of developing top sales talent and leading teams to exceed revenue goals

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform coaching, forecast accuracy, and sales strategy

  • Experience managing both Inside Sales and Field Sales teams preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools

  • For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$106,000 per year**

  • USD**$118,000 per year**.

  • For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$95,500 per year**

  • USD**$106,250 per year**.
