About the Role

As the Head of Platform Earners, Central Ops, EMEA Delivery, you will be a leader responsible for setting the strategic vision and building best-in-class operational tools and capabilities for platform earners for the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be on the core foundations of the Earner experience: Supply Growth, Onboarding & Access, and Experience & Quality. You will drive scalable, high-impact solutions in these areas while also strategically assessing and enabling new, future-looking services (New Verticals). This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to influence and align with local country leaders, as well as global Product, Safety, Insurance and Identity teams to achieve operational excellence at scale.

  • What you will do
  • Define the strategic vision

and drive execution for the three core operational pillars: Supply Growth, Onboarding & Access, and Experience & Quality and across the EMEA region.- Lead the implementation of best-in-class operational tools, processes, and capabilities to ensure the region operates efficiently and at a high standard of quality.- Act as a key partner, leveraging strong cross-functional skills to align Central Ops efforts with Product, Safety, Insurance, Identity, and local Country Operations teams for EMEA wide initiatives.- Lead, mentor, and empower a team to deliver high-impact.

  • Develop the roadmap for and operational launch and scaling of new, complex services, treating New Verticals as a key future-looking investment for the EMEA business.
  • What you will need
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with significant experience in a large, international organization
  • Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing operational teams, with a focus on coaching, development, and delivering against aggressive business growth targets
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, data-driven execution, comfortable utilizing both quantitative analytics and qualitative insights to solve complex operational problems

Nice to have

  • Experience in one or more of the core functional pillars of Supply Growth, Onboarding & Access, and Earner Experience in a regional or global role handling a high volume, complex regulatory multi-market scope.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups, including local country leaders and global teams (e.g., Product, Safety, Insurance, Identity).
  • A strategic mindset focused on building scalable, operational capabilities (tools, processes) that drive efficiency and competitive advantage across the region.
  • Deep understanding of user-centric change management and the ability to view operational improvements through the lens of the Earner's experience.
