Rate of Pay:$167,000 to $205,000 per year

Duties: Define the go-to-market plans and processes to operationalize our product strategy as an individual contributor on a highly-effective product operations team. Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful impact to the business. Drive continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering and business stakeholders teams. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objective for the program/product. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-managing implementation. Collaborate with the key partners (legal, tax, policy, support etc.) to prepare the product for launch and driving maximum impact. Track core business metrics related to the product. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product. Post-launch surfacing and advocating for key insights from the business to advise product improvements. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a product operations-related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Relational database concepts: SQL and MySQL;
  2. Building consumer-facing technology products;
  3. Optimizing of product features to increase the conversion rate;
  4. Defining product specifications and user experiences;
  5. Designing and implementing large scale customer experiments;
  6. Experimentation techniques, including simulation or A/B testing;
  7. Developing relevant metrics and KPIs to measure performance by product teams;
  8. Statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence intervals;
  9. Program management;
  10. Delivering product insights and vision.
