About the Role

We are looking for a software engineer who is passionate about designing and delivering projects from inception through production**. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, and partner engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable platform features.**
You will also participate in on-call rotations**, driving continuous improvements in system availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency.**

• What You Will Do

• Design, build, and deliver platform features from concept to production

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business and product requirements into technical solutions

• Architect and develop scalable backend services and systems

• Build and maintain production-quality services with strong deployment, monitoring, and reliability practices

• Design and develop microservices and APIs using gRPC and/or REST

• Decompose complex problems into clean, extensible, and high-performance systems

• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure system health

• Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous system improvements

• Maintain high standards of code quality through testing, coverage, and code reviews

• Create clear technical documentation covering designs, requirements, flows, and architecture

• Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

• Strong experience in designing scalable system architectures

• Hands-on experience building production-grade services with deployment, monitoring, and reliability ownership

• Experience with microservices architecture and API development (gRPC and/or REST)

• Proficiency in Golang or Java

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams with a respectful, inclusive mindset

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with machine learning, GenAI, or LLM-based systems

• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable microservices using modern architectural best practices
