About the Role
This role supports capacity planning and day-to-day workforce coordination for Uber AI Solutions. As a Capacity Associate, you will help monitor contributor availability, track project needs, and assist in ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right work. You will work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to maintain updated capacity data, support forecasting activities, and keep projects running smoothly.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Experience supporting distributed or freelance workforces.
- Exposure to capacity planning or basic forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, project management tools, or workflow systems.
- Interest in AI, data operations, or scalable workforce models.
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes.
What the Candidate Will Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, resource coordination, workforce management, or a related function.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
