About the Role:

We're looking for a Motion Designer or Illustrator Intern to join our Design Org's Expression Team this summer in San Francisco.
This role sits within product design**, not marketing or brand team. You'll help shape how our product feels through motion, illustration, and expressive details that bring interfaces to life.**

• What You'll Do

• Create motion and/or illustrative assets for product experiences

• Explore interaction, micro-motion, transitions, and expressive visuals in UI

• Collaborate closely with product designers and design systems partners

• Translate concepts into clear, engaging visual stories inside the product

• Who You Are

• Currently studying Motion Design, Illustration, or a related design field- Strong foundation in motion, illustration, or both (product interest required)

• Curious about product design and digital experiences

• Comfortable iterating, taking feedback, and exploring ideas quickly

• Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Figma and AI tools.

• Portfolio in interaction design, UI motion, product design or design systems

About the Team:

This is a hands-on product role for students who want to apply motion and illustration to real product problems, alongside a tight, collaborative design team.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD**$49.00** per hour.
