About the Role:
We're looking for a Motion Designer or Illustrator Intern to join our Design Org's Expression Team this summer in San Francisco.
This role sits within product design**, not marketing or brand team. You'll help shape how our product feels through motion, illustration, and expressive details that bring interfaces to life.**

What You'll Do

Create motion and/or illustrative assets for product experiences

Explore interaction, micro-motion, transitions, and expressive visuals in UI

Collaborate closely with product designers and design systems partners

Translate concepts into clear, engaging visual stories inside the product

Who You Are

Currently studying Motion Design, Illustration, or a related design field- Strong foundation in motion, illustration, or both (product interest required)

Curious about product design and digital experiences

Comfortable iterating, taking feedback, and exploring ideas quickly

Nice to Have
-
Experience with tools like Figma and AI tools.

Portfolio in interaction design, UI motion, product design or design systems
About the Team:
This is a hands-on product role for students who want to apply motion and illustration to real product problems, alongside a tight, collaborative design team.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD**$49.00** per hour.
