About the Role

Uber Advertising division spearheads the growth of our advertising business. By building a dedicated advertising organisation and a suite of advertising products, Uber Advertising will enable merchants and brands to reach and convert its highly engaged user base across its Mobility and Delivery platforms in 30+ markets.
As a Client Partner in the CPG vertical, you will be responsible for helping to develop our partnerships with the largest CPG brands in the UK to drive growth. You will drive ads sales partnerships and adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

  1. Advertising Sales partnering with Agency & Client Direct
  2. Outreach in the market to drive adoption of Uber Ads
  3. Drive engagement with key stakeholders at agencies and client organizations
  4. Create data-driven solutions and strategic roadmaps to support partner growth
  5. Support a strategic advisor for clients, ensuring their growth aligns with Uber's business goals.
  6. Cross collaboration & alignment with internal stakeholders
  7. Engaging with senior level of agencies, clients & 3rd party partners

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. CPG/FMCG brand background at brand, agency or media vendors
  2. Understanding of digital media, brand marketing & full funnel
  3. In-depth knowledge of the industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact advertising strategies
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships and close deals
  5. Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  6. Ability to employ creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client needs and develop innovative advertising solutions
  7. Proven skills in negotiation and deal-making, showcasing value creation and innovative solutions.

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Experience in a start up advertising ecosystems/scaling products in a global organization
  2. Familiarity with Uber's Mobility and Delivery platforms or similar industries.
  3. Understanding/background of performance media/commerce is a bonus
