About the Role
As the lead owner of the seller experience, you will act as the "Salesforce lead" for the Ads Delivery Commercial Operations (Ads DCO) team. You will manage a strategic portfolio of tools and lead the long-term systems roadmap to transform Salesforce from a simple database into a significant competitive advantage. Your role involves high-stakes vendor negotiations and ensuring that the Go-to-Market (GTM) engine is powered by premium data and elite tooling.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the multi-year SFDC roadmap and ensure it remains the "Single Source of Truth" for sales velocity.
- Vendor & Data Strategy: Identify and partner with external providers (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pathmatics) to enrich the CRM ecosystem.
- Commercial Leadership: Own the GTM tech budget and lead all contract negotiations and renewals.
- System Innovation: Proactively identify sales friction points and design system-wide innovations, including AI and automation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales Tech or Revenue Operations (Rev Ops).
- System Knowledge: Deep Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem knowledge with an architectural mindset to push platform boundaries.

Budget Management: Experience managing or influencing SaaS budgets.

Data Literacy: Expert understanding of how third-party data architecture impacts GTM reporting and sales productivity.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex vendor contracts, renewals, and legal/procurement workflows.

Leadership: Experience leading or developing team members and providing strategic direction for execution.

Stakeholder Influence: Ability to pitch strategic initiatives to leadership to secure budget and engineering priority.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$131,000 per year**

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
