About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Talent Sourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hiring results, managing talent pipelines, and working with stakeholders across different locations. You will need to be adept at handling a high volume of applications and mapping talent effectively to meet our hiring objectives.

What You'll Do

  1. Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  2. Talent Mapping: Identify and map talent within the industry to align with current and future hiring needs.
  3. Application Management: Efficiently manage a high volume of applications, ensuring timely and effective candidate communication.
  4. Cross-Location Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different locations to align on hiring strategies and processes.
  5. Problem Solving: Address challenges within your scope autonomously, escalating complex issues as needed.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with immediate colleagues, managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Basic Qualification

  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience working with job boards (e.g., Naukri, Instahyre, biz Reach, Enjapan etc.).
  2. Talent Search: Proven ability to conduct effective talent searches across various platforms.
  3. LinkedIn Proficiency: Skilled in identifying and sourcing talent through LinkedIn.
  4. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
