About the Role
We're looking for a driven, consultative, and strategic Mid-Market Growth Account Executive to join our Uber for Business team in Mexico City. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market customers and drive growth by uncovering new opportunities, expanding product adoption, and strengthening long-term relationships.
This is a high-impact role focused on upselling, cross-selling, and commercial excellence. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across sales, customer success, and operations to ensure your clients get the most value out of the Uber for Business platform.
This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City (3 days/week in the office).

What You'll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of high-potential mid-market accounts

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Uber's product suite

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers

Understand client goals and challenges to tailor strategic solutions

Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a value-first mindset

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementations and product adoption

Use Salesforce and other tools to forecast pipeline, track progress, and report results
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS) with a proven track record in account management and revenue growth

Experience managing a quota in a mid-market or enterprise environment

Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-level stakeholders

Data-driven decision-making and commercial acumen

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
