About the Role:

The Uber for Business (U4B) Revenue Technology team is tasked with introducing features and products that empower Sales and cross-functional partners. Our objective is to enhance efficiencies through improved data, AI, and system upgrades. Through this, we have driven millions in incremental pipeline, saved our sales teams tens of thousands of hours, and autonomously onboarded new customers. We bridge the gap between the business, tech, and best-in-class technology and data.

What You'll Do:

Global Tool Launch & Change Management (40%)

  • High-Impact Launch Leadership: Lead the end-to-end global technical program for the launch and implementation of a new sales engagement platform. This includes technical readiness, data migration strategy, integration development, and deployment across all sales territories
  • Executive Visibility & Communication: Own the program narrative and manage communications for senior leadership, providing clear, concise updates on status, risks, and impact
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM): Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to drive user adoption and ensure the successful transition of thousands of global sales users to the new platform
  • Technical Program Oversight: Partner directly with Engineering and Sales Operations to manage technical timelines, solve complex integration hurdles, and ensure system scalability and performance globally
  • Post-Launch Success & Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key metrics and usage patterns post-launch to monitor the platform's health, measure adoption success, and identify optimization opportunities for future iterations
