Operations Manager, Courier Operations

  Uber Eats is looking for a structured, data-driven, and proactive Dutch-speaking Operations Manager to join our Courier Operations team in Belgium. This role is at the heart of our marketplace, ensuring that the engine behind our delivery network runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
  As an Operations Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and local execution. You'll be responsible for monitoring the pulse of our courier network, scaling new products, and ensuring our processes are as "frictionless" as possible for all stakeholders.

• What You'll Do

• Drive Compliance & Quality:** Support Courier Ops initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, process quality, and data integrity.**

• KPI Management:** Own the monitoring and reporting of key operational metrics. You'll be the first to flag performance dips and the lead on supporting follow-up solutions.**

• Scale New Products:** Lead the operational rollout of new tools and product features in Belgium, working closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to ensure a seamless launch.**

• Process Optimization:** Contribute to the "playbook" by documenting processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.**

• Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between the Courier Ops team and broader business functions.**

What You'll Need:

• Basic Qualifications
• Language:** Fluency in** Dutch and English**(written and spoken) is required.**
• Education:** A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.**
• Analytical Mindset:** Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within structured frameworks to solve complex puzzles.**
• Preferred Qualifications
• Ops Expertise:** A solid understanding of operations, process design, or performance management.**
• Data Literacy:** A genuine interest in data analysis and KPI tracking. You should be comfortable pulling insights from multi-source data sets to tell a story.**
• Collaborative Spirit:** Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners across the organization.**
