About the Role
As a Sr. Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ad partnerships with global QSR brands. You will lead the Ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of Ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will provide thoughtful insights-driven solutions for leaders across brand marketing teams & their agency partners. You will proactively own sales targets and report on business performance metrics.
What the Candidate Will Do:
- Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your brand partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
- Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations.
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build trusted partner conversations.
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
- Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our evolving ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering.
- Drive product adoption and a deeper brand penetration across our top brand partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
- Experience selling ad solutions to large, complex enterprise GDP brands and organizations
Knowledge of Programmatic Ad buys:
- Deep Knowledge on Scaling Search, Display placements, and put forward data-driven strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience selling into large brands, with a specific focus in digital advertising.
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.

- For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD**$135,000 per year**
- CAD**$150,000 per year**.
