Rate of Pay:$264,514 to $317,417 per year

Duties: Design and develop software solutions for autonomous driving systems, with a focus on scalability, robustness, and real-world performance. Leverage machine learning techniques to train, optimize, and enhance models using large-scale datasets. Conduct thorough evaluations of model performance across a variety of autonomous driving perception tasks. Design, develop, optimize, and monitor the production of machine learning (ML) or ML-based solutions and systems for various Uber technologies and platforms. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Learning, Robotics, Data Management, or related field, and four years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires four years in:

  1. Machine learning;

  2. Robotic autonomy;

  3. Parallel computing;

  4. Autonomous driving perception technologies;

  5. Probability and statistics;

  6. Object-oriented systems design;

  7. Vehicle dynamics and control;

  8. Implementing and testing design solutions for controlled applications;

  9. Designing engineering and control systems;

  10. Creating embedded software designs.
