About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy for driving engagement with restaurants. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for innovative products and services designed to help restaurants thrive on Uber Eats. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, research, operations, sales, engineering, and marketing shape our product offerings, and drive how we communicate their value for restaurants.
In this role, you'll be responsible for defining audience strategy, ensuring product-market fit, and driving product adoption across restaurants to accelerate their engagement and success on the Uber Eats platform.

- What You'll Do
- Go-to-Market Excellence: Craft compelling bundled narratives across multiple channels, including the public web, in-product experiences, CRM, and events.- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners including, product, operations, and merchant engagement teams to drive global, programmatic strategies to positively influence merchant engagement.- Research & Insights: Lead insights development from customers, commercial teams, and partners, to identify narrative gaps and opportunities for refinement.- Messaging & Positioning: Create best-in-class go-to-market strategies to communicate product launches that create differentiated value to the market.- Global Leadership: Partner with regional teams to adapt materials for local relevance while maintaining global alignment. Establish feedback loops with global and regional product, operations, and marketing stakeholders to continuously improve product development and adoption.
- Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing experience delivering highly successful GTM and engagement strategies for businesses, with 2+ years specifically in B2B product marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree

Can articulate the essence of complex products and the value they create. Can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan.

The willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers, and competition.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.

Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.

Strong analytical skills - uses data to create insightful stories, inform strategies and guide decision making.

Ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions to push projects to completion.

A hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.

Experience planning and executing large-scale marketing events

Experience working on products for enterprise or SMBs

Hands-on experience working in restaurants, retail, or marketplace is a plus

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$140,000 per year**
-
USD**$155,500 per year**.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
