About the Role
This role will lead Chile Portfolio initiatives, pushing the boundaries of our product offerings via strategic unlocks. You will understand and size the opportunities in our portfolio and P&L to recommend actions and partner with central and cross-functional teams to lead on implementation. Portfolio contemplates Aipots, Taxi, premium, U4B, and other fast-growing verticals!
From expanding our demand use-cases to launching new products and achieving cost leadership, you will work closely with our core territories teams to enable growth and boost business impact.
We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense and stakeholder management. This is a key position that can have a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

What You'll Do
-
Strategic Ownership: Proactively identify business needs and issues. Prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives and execute against it.

Business Acumen: Translate insights from operational and financial metrics into strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business.

Problem Solving: Identify the root causes of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, actionable solutions, and weigh trade-offs to recommend the best approach.

Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across Chile and beyond, regularly reviewing performance.

Product Improvement: Propose features or improvements that could enhance the experience and efficiency of our marketplace, measure their impact, and prioritize them to advocate for their development. Collaborate with Product teams around the world to execute new launches in Chile.

Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal.

What You'll Need
-
Education: Industrial or Civil Engineering / Business & Administration.

Entrepreneurial mindset: all-hands-on-deck.

Knowledge of investment assessment/sizing.

4+ years of professional experience.

Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture.

Communication: Spanish and English professional proficiency. Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.

Teamwork:Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreement.

Executional Excellence: Ability to optimally manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation.

SQL proficiency.
