About the role
The Consumer Growth team is responsible for growing and activating millions of users across France. We operate at the intersection of marketing, commercial strategy and product to drive measurable business impact. We design, deploy and optimize initiatives that expand our customer base and deepen user engagement.
As a Growth Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role at the intersection of strategy, analysis, on-the-ground execution, and innovation. You will directly contribute to Uber Eats' growth by working on high-impact projects and collaborating with local and international teams.
You will report directly to the Head of Consumer Growth France and work closely with Marketing & Commercial teams, and external partners.
What the candidate will do

Own & optimize CRM execution and performance

Co-build the national CRM calendar in collaboration with the Brand/Marketing team and engage commercial teams on it

Own the end-to-end execution of our CRM campaigns (except content creation)

Monitor performance across key CRM metrics and continuously optimize engagement

Enable Commercial teams to maximize partner impact
-
Collaborate with commercial teams to define priority accounts to promote through CRM placements

Manage co-branded promotion investments in collaboration with Commercial teams and provide clear and actionable insights on their performance and ROI

Identify and launch scalable win-win initiatives that leverage restaurant brands to drive engagement on the platform (e.g., leveraging restaurant social media presence, in-store visibility such as "Livraison Étoilée" stickers, etc.)

Drive Partner-Led Acquisition

Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. flyering distribution companies, cashback platforms)

Identify and test new acquisition channels

Track performance and optimize CAC and incrementality

Scale what works, stop what doesn't

Lead high-impact cross-functional projects

Define objectives, success metrics and roadmap

Coordinate stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Legal and Comms

Drive execution from idea to measurable impact

Example: unlocking growth in a key consumption occasion through coordinated CRM, commercial and investment initiatives.

Basic qualifications

Strong analytical rigor and ability to translate data into business decisions

Excellent operational execution and attention to detail

Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Strong ownership and accountability

Preferred qualifications

Experience in consulting, tech, marketplace, or high-growth environments (internships included)

Exposure to CRM, growth, or performance marketing topics

Structured problem-solving skills

Strong business acumen
