本ポジションはSMBビジネスにおける重要な役割であり、レストランパートナーの重要セグメントにおけるエンドツーエンドの体験管理を担当していただきます。

求める人材は、強力な関係構築力、新たな市場機会を発見し活用する能力、そして顧客志向の思考、クリティカルシンキング、戦略立案、営業専門知識、オペレーショナルエクセレンス、リーダーシップをバランス良く兼ね備えた方です。変化の速い環境において、長期的な戦略イニシアチブと短期的な戦術的アクションの両方をバランスよく遂行できる、高い適応力を持つ人材を求めています。

主な業務内容

• レストランパートナーとの強固で長期的な関係を構築• 維持する
• レストランパートナーのニーズや要望を理解し、適切なサポートを提供する
• データドリブンな思考でレストランパートナーの課題を迅速に特定し、解決に必要なリソースとサポートを提供する
• マネージャーおよびリーダーシップチームと協力し、日本におけるSMB機能の未来を構築する
• 他部門(オペレーション、マーケティング、カスタマーサポート等)と連携し、課題を解決する
• 月次• 四半期の営業目標を達成または上回る成果を出す

応募要件

必須要件

• 成長企業での営業またはアカウントマネジメント経験3年以上、ソリューション営業スキルを有すること
• データ分析とパフォーマンスモニタリングに基づいた意思決定ができること
• エネルギッシュで、地域社会をより良くしたいという意欲があること
• 日本語がネイティブレベル、英語の読み書きに抵抗がないこと(英語力向上への意欲がある方も歓迎)

歓迎要件

• 日本の飲食業界における豊富なネットワークおよび実務経験
• SaaS製品、インターネット広告、マーケットプレイスエコシステムへの理解
• 部門横断的なステークホルダーとのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
