About the Role:

The Uber Ads team is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join as a founding member of our growing Ad Sales organization. As a Restaurants Partner Manager, you will play a key role in building strong, mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with some of our most important restaurant brands.

In this role, you'll work closely with Client Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to own the account management strategy and execution for a portfolio of top global and regional brands. You'll help drive adoption of Uber's expanding advertising solutions across both Mobility and Delivery platforms, ensuring partners achieve meaningful business impact through data-driven, thoughtful collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner closely with Ads Sales teams to develop and execute restaurant advertising strategies that meet partner objectives and exceed quarterly growth targets.

  • Build trusted relationships with key marketing decision-makers across brand, digital, and agency teams.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's marketing goals, challenges, and success metrics, proactively recommending solutions that address their needs.

  • Participate in internal kickoff calls to align on campaign objectives, specifications, and complex execution requirements.

  • Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying issues, communicating insights, and driving solutions quickly and effectively.

  • Coordinate campaign launches, ongoing management, and reporting, while setting clear expectations and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow investment by delivering clear, data-backed insights and recommendations.

  • Bring a strong analytical mindset by developing methodologies to surface trends and translate data into meaningful partner insights.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback, challenges, and product limitations with internal product and operations teams.

  • Contribute to building scalable best-practice playbooks that support Ads adoption across restaurant partners. This role involves wearing multiple hats and collaborating closely with teammates as needs arise.

  • Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships and challenging partner conversations.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising account management, supporting enterprise or large-scale clients.

  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale advertising campaigns and working with sophisticated enterprise brands.

  • Strong track record of building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, digital advertising managers, and agency partners.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and independently drive solutions.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Strong ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.

  • Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with SQL or programming tools to support deeper analysis.

  • Familiarity with AI tools to drive efficiency and improve workflows.

  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • A resourceful, results-oriented approach, with comfort operating in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
