#Great Minds Don't Think Alike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our organization with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts.

About the Team

Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Advertising's platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users.

About the Role

The Uber Advertising team is looking for a strategic and analytical Partner Manager to join our Restaurant Advertising team in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will work in close partnership with Client Partners and internal Enterprise Delivery Account Management teams to ensure advertising campaigns are executed effectively and deliver strong performance across both Delivery and Mobility advertising platforms.
You will act as an Ads platform expert, confidently advising restaurant partners on how Uber Advertising products can support their growth objectives. Reporting to the Head of Restaurant Advertising for ANZ, you will play a critical role in ensuring campaign performance is clearly linked to business outcomes, while navigating a fast evolving product and tooling environment.

Your impact in role:

  • Create long term value for restaurant advertising partners by deeply understanding their marketing goals and proactively recommending data driven solutions
  • Deliver advertiser ROI through high quality campaign reporting, performance analysis, and clear articulation of impact on business outcomes
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities by consulting partners on tactical optimisations based on performance trends and objectives
  • Develop analytical methodologies to surface insights, track initiative impact, and inform future campaign strategies
  • Drive adoption of new advertising formats and capabilities, clearly communicating product value with creativity and commercial insight
  • Lead and contribute to global Ads initiatives by building scalable playbooks and supporting product adoption for restaurant partners at scale

The experience you'll bring:

  • Foundational experience in account management within digital or performance advertising, marketing, or analytical roles
  • Working knowledge of digital ad sales and solution selling approaches, with experience supporting or managing complex campaigns
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to review results, extract insights, and recommend future optimisations
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction, paired with the confidence to challenge partners to drive stronger business outcomes
  • Experience working with large, complex Enterprise brands, with comfort navigating ambiguity in fast paced environments
  • Ambitious, self motivated learner with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and collaboration

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let's move it forward, together.
Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role.
Accommodations may be available based on religious and/or medical conditions, or as required by applicable law. To request an accommodation, please reach out to accommodations@uber.com.
