As a Tax Product Manager, you will help envision and execute the product roadmap for back-office tax platforms, enabling accurate statutory reporting, tax accounting, and compliance processes worldwide. You will partner closely with Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience across enterprise tax workflows.This role plays a key part in modernizing core tax systems and ensuring the organization can scale while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for back-office tax platforms, supporting statutory reporting, secondary ledgers, and tax payment processes
  • Partner closely with Tax, Accounting, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant tax solutions
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery, from problem definition through launch, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across global tax workflows
  • Translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into clear product requirements and priorities
  • Support ongoing tax reporting, close, and audit-readiness through well-designed systems and controls
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to simplify tax reporting and other tax operations

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management or building internal enterprise products, with a strong focus on delivery and execution
  • Experience delivering products that support tax payments, statutory reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP systems, including secondary ledgers and global statutory reporting processes
  • Proven experience owning product roadmaps and driving initiatives from concept through launch
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes in complex, regulated systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in back-office tax domains such as statutory reporting, tax payments, tax accounting, or tax controversy support
  • Familiarity with global tax regulations and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience with enterprise ERP platforms,preferably Oracle Fusion, including financial sub-ledgers and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with tax and statutory reporting platforms such as Workiva (or similar solutions)
  • Exposure to financial close, controls, and audit-readiness in a large, global organization
  • Experience leveraging AI/automation technologies to improve tax reporting, data validation, reconciliations, or other tax operations
  • Background in Finance, Tax, or Software Engineering with a strong product mindset
  • Experience delivering products in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
