  • Serve as Uber's primary external point of contact for the Turkish payments ecosystem, managing senior stakeholder relationships, issue resolution and ongoing partner governance
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Operations to support local launches, expansions, and partner-driven initiatives
  • Acts as the local payments expert for Turkey, providing market insights and guidance to regional and global teams.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience in payments - either focusing on the topic at a merchant, issuing bank, acquirer, network and/or payment processor
  • Hands-on experience working in the Turkish payments ecosystem
  • Proven experience managing high-impact partnerships and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with strong communication skills; able to influence across levels and functions
  • Demonstrated experience leading efforts from start-to-finish with limited guidance
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or global payments company
  • Experience working in payments in a global role, advising on multiple countries
  • Advanced knowledge of card-not-present, alternative payments, bank payment standards and/or risk mitigation solutions
  • Ability to partner with teams to ensure any dependencies that they may have are unblocked in a timely manner
