Basic Qualifications:

  1. Analyze and diagnose strategic Mexico market needs, offering a holistic view of performance, customer behavior, and growth opportunities for membership
  2. Communicate key insights, risks, and Membership performance trends to General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  3. Lead the deployment and optimization of membership incentives, ensuring cost-efficiency and top-line impact.
  4. Own and track performance against the membership plan, ensuring accountability and delivery against commitments.
  5. Develop and apply analytical frameworks to support Product, channel, and market strategy.
  6. Lead your own projects end-to-end in a fast-changing, regulated, and competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or related fields. (Open to other backgrounds with strong analytical and strategic skills.)

  3. Strong organizational and project management skills - you plan, prioritize, and deliver.
  4. Hands-on, owner mentality - you take initiative and drive outcomes.
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external partners.
  6. Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  7. Experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages preferred.
  8. Solid understanding of business drivers (P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk).
  9. Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement effective solutions.
  10. Resilience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with changing priorities.
  11. Results-oriented, accountable, and consistently able to execute strategy on time.
