About the role

Uber's regional marketing teams play a critical role in establishing deep connections with the markets and communities we operate in today. Representing the frontline of our business, regional marketers work closely with cross-functional regional stakeholders (Comms, Policy, Ops, etc.) to bring our products and brand strategy to life. They work closely with regional and global stakeholders to define regional priorities, owning region-specific marketing efforts, and manage brand campaigns and activations.

Come help us build a brand that is redefining multiple industries on a global scale. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand efforts and drive exceptional results. In this role, you will manage high-impact campaigns, to increase brand visibility and create meaningful connections with key audiences, while measuring the impact of everything you do.

Collaborating closely with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams, you will execute brand strategies that drive brand growth and support business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a locally resonant brand approach in a competitive market.

  • What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end brand campaigns: Develop, plan, and execute integrated brand campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy and regional business priorities
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Operations, Communications, Policy, Social, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure cohesive, impactful storytelling across all channels
  • Manage media strategy and execution: Define media plans across offline and digital channels, ensuring efficient budget allocation, channel mix optimization, and strong ROI
  • Oversee agency management: Manage creative and media agency partners, providing clear briefs, feedback, and guidance to deliver best-in-class creative and media output, while managing campaign budgets effectively
  • Lead our learning agenda: Partner with cross-functional teams (Research & Insights, Strategy & Planning, Ops) to build our consumer knowledge and help define our long-term marketing strategy
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize: Track campaign performance against KPIs, leverage research and insights to understand audiences, and build playbooks to capture learnings and scale best practices across markets

What You'll Need:

Experience: Approximately 8 years in marketing, including at least 4 in brand management, with a track record of launching top integrated campaigns for international or leading local brands.

Creative yet strategic: Highly creative with fresh ideas, balanced by strong strategic thinking, structured execution and deep media knowledge.

Customer-centric: Deep empathy for users, with the ability to design brand experiences that resonate locally while aligning to global positioning.

Strong stakeholder management: Skilled at building relationships with cross-functional teams and managing creative, media, and activation agencies to deliver impact.

Excellent communicator: Clear, compelling storyteller with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to leadership and engaging partners.

Organized & driven: Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and build processes that drive efficiency and results.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar, with demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.

Languages: Native Spanish with fluent English (written and spoken).
