About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for balancing marketplace health for Retail verticals. You will need to drive long term courier pricing strategy, work closely with global product teams, and manage weekly core pricing and incentive tactics in order to meet CX and financial objectives. This is a crucial role to the Grocery and Retail business and has a direct impact on the P&L each week.
The Impact You'll Have:
- Own the Retail delivery partner pricing strategy and day to day marketplace levers across core pricing and incentive campaigns.
- Monitor Retail specific supply class health and deploy acquisition campaigns to attract incremental delivery partners to Retail.
- Become a technical subject matter expert on all pricing and dispatch product functionality. This candidate will need to build strong relationships with global product teams and counterparts.
- Report operational and financial results to senior stakeholders on a weekly and monthly cadence.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- 3 years experience in management consulting, data analytics, banking, strategy, or another highly analytical role. Start-up experience a plus.
- Strong data-driven decision making and business acumen, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You're comfortable translating technical details to business outcomes.
- A go-getter attitude; you're willing to take a hands-on approach to get the job done and bias towards action.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as SQL or Tableau preferred.
