What You'll Do:

As a Manager, you will tackle high-stakes projects that directly influence our operational viability and market growth. Your key responsibilities include:

• Impact Analysis: Partner with Legal and Policy teams to translate pending legislation into operational risk assessments.- Strategic Financial Management: Help define the long-term strategy to optimize how we manage regulatory funds.- Risk Mitigation: Help define and execute the Compliance and Impound Mitigation Strategy to minimize operational disruptions and financial loss.- Growth Partnerships: Collaborate closely with the Driver Access team to optimize funnel requirements, ensuring seamless compliance without impeding supply growth.- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a bridge between legal requirements and business operations, translating complex mandates into actionable business plans.
• What You'll Need
• Project Management:** Proven track record of leading complex, multi-layered initiatives from conception to execution.- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional interests (Legal, Ops, Finance, and Public Policy).- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in English.- Data Analytics: Solid foundation in SQL to pull data and inform decision-making.**
• Preferred Qualifications
• Data Analytics:** Proficiency in Python or R.**- Regulatory Expertise: Experience managing compliance frameworks within a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
• Experience in the mobility or gig-economy sector.
