About the Role

As a Commercial Lead, you will drive the commercial strategy and execution to accelerate the growth and expansion of Small Restaurants in Mexico's North & West territory or Central & Southeast territory.
You will be responsible for your team's regional quota, owning the commercial relationship with the segment's customer portfolio across the cities in your region, as well as coordinating and working day to day with other functions such as Operations and Marketing, among others.

  1. Relationship Management & Strategic Account Planning: You will lead your team to build trusted relationships with restaurant partners and co-create growth plans. You will also lead them to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic growth plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with both market opportunities and customer needs.
  2. Target-Driven Performance & Accountability: You will manage to targets (quota, KPIs/OKRs), build capacity and coverage plans, inspect dashboards and pipeline health, and course-correct quickly to keep the team on track and hitting goals.
  3. Data Analytics & Problem Solving: You will analyze performance data to identify root causes, prioritize actions, and translate insights into plans. You will also perform quantitative, qualitative, and financial analyses to deeply understand the restaurant industry, bringing actionable insights to the table and fostering data-driven decisions.
  4. Business Development & Revenue Leadership: You will lead the team to uncover, qualify, and win new opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to address merchant questions, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional relationship management.
  6. Lead Partnership Evolution: Guide partnerships through every phase-from initial relationship building and business intelligence to contract renegotiations, expansions, and new feature rollouts.

Relationship Management & Strategic Account Planning:

  1. Experience in commercial strategy implementation and follow through
  2. Data Analytics & Problem Solving.
  3. Experience as a team leader with proven track record of target attainment
  4. Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets and Salesforce

Fluency in English:

  1. Experience in B2B sales
  2. Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and expertise in pipeline and forecast management.
  3. SQL understanding
  4. Experience working in food, tech, or e-commerce industries
