About the Role

Merchant Product Operations collaborates with operations, product, and other partners to strategize and deliver products that tackle our toughest operations problems on a global scale. You will work with our eligibility team to expand solutions for Merchants and our ops partners globally!

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

  1. Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy
  2. Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage significant impact to the business
  3. Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org
  4. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
  5. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product life cycle
  6. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
  7. Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch
  8. Track core business metrics related to the product
  9. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch
  10. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Bachelors Degree
  2. 3+ years experience in Program Management, operations, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role
  3. Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers
  4. Deep understanding of the merchant experience
  5. Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions
  6. Strategic alignment, able to bring key stakeholders across functions together
  7. A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
  8. Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
  9. Effective prioritization

  3. Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
