About the Role

Uber is looking for strategic sales professionals to join our advertising division. As Client Partner, you will build strategic partnerships with our largest partners in the Travel & Financial Services verticals. You will own the sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption for our growing suite of products across the Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with a Partner Manager to consistently deliver impact for our partners.

  • What the Candidate Will Do

  • Go Get It: Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on partner marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals with a bias for action.

  • Trip Obsessed: Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps, ensuring we build products that solve real-world partner needs.

  • One Uber: Serve as an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and organizational alignment.

  • See the Forest and the Trees: Build relationships with C-level marketing executives while managing the granular details of complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Build with Heart: Clearly communicate the value of new ads products with creativity to differentiate offerings and drive growth for partners.

  • Great Minds Don't Think Alike: Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to navigate difficult partner conversations and unique business challenges.

  • Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-time experience

  • Experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.

  • Proven track record selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Speed & Resourcefulness: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity with a go-getter mentality.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Creative ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to build and implement sales plans that result in success for both partners and Uber.

  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent listening, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$102,000 per year**

  • USD**$113,500 per year**.

  • For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$113,000 per year**

  • USD**$126,000 per year**.

  • For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD**$113,000 per year**

  • USD**$126,000 per year**.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
