About the Role

This isn't just a sales leadership role; it's about leading a high-impact team to shape the future of food delivery in Ireland and drive real-world merchant growth. You'll build and scale our business, which means you'll be leading in a fast-moving environment.
Your team's partnerships will have a tangible impact on local restaurants and the way people move and eat in your city. You'll oversee their efforts in outreach, negotiation, relationship building and merchant onboarding.
The Uber Eats Sales Manager will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, overseeing their efforts in outreach, negotiation, relationship building and merchant onboarding. Success requires a strategic mindset, the ability to set geo-level commercial strategies, and strong people leadership to guide your team in achieving key business metrics. Equally important is a people-first approach, ensuring the development and growth of your individual contributors. Bonus points if you have experience in the local restaurant industry!

What you'll do

  • Define and lead the geo-level commercial sales strategy for Uber Eats in Ireland, translating business goals into clear sales plans and team priorities.
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives by setting expectations, reviewing pipeline health, and supporting ongoing professional growth.
  • Support high-value commercial negotiations, stepping in when needed to guide deal structure and ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Drive strong execution by monitoring performance metrics, identifying risks early, and adjusting team focus where needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-such as Operations, Marketing, and Legal-to resolve partner challenges

How you'll spend your time

  • *40% - Coaching, performance management, and developing team members
  • *30% - Setting and refining geo-level commercial strategy and goals
  • *15% - Supporting key commercial deals and resolving partnership blockers
  • *15% - Cross-functional collaboration and internal alignment

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or commercial management, with a focus on outbound prospecting and high-volume lead generation in a high-growth environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a sales or commercial team to achieve regional targets.
  • Demonstrated experience using data-including pipeline metrics and market insights-to forecast revenue and improve team performance for a group of at least 5 direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience through at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written), demonstrated through professional experience managing stakeholders and contracts.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading commercial teams within the technology, food delivery, SaaS, or hospitality sectors.
  • Advanced in one or all of Google Sheets/Excel, Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in environments with competing priorities.
  • A track record of taking ownership of large-scale initiatives and successfully driving them to completion in a dynamic environment.
